Can i convert VHS -> DVD or Computer via Dazzle Capture Card (DVD Recorder) ?
my dazzle capture card has a S-Video and the AV cables. and then it has the USB that goes into the computer, i know i can record my Xbox Video and Audio to my computer, but i was wondering if i can record a VHS to my computer.

Yes you can. Not sure about the quality though... Internal or firewire capture devices generally work much better than the USB ones.
EDIT: If the tapes are protected by Macrovision, some devices won't copy them. Not sure about the Dazzle... I've owned ATI and Hauppauge capture devices. ATI devices will detect Macrovision and not let you copy. Hauppauge doesn't detect Macrovision.
