What port is this on my computer?
I know just about every port on my computer, except for this. I have a small form factor pc, and i think this port might be AGP X4 low profile, but i dont no. It has a blue picture of a monitor under it, and its maybe 2 or 2 1/2 inches tall. Am i right, is it AGP X4 low profile???? Its the port in the middle in this picture, a Compaq Evo d510 SFF.
https://4sellers.biz/itsco/images/afterb...
and any cards that will work in that port??
its 175 watts power, and i want a 256mb video card, with dvi on it.
sorry about the link

You're link is broken, so no luck on seeing it.
The blue port with a picture of a monitor under it is called a VGA port. The AGP slot (it's sometimes called a port, but it's easier to think of it as a slot instead) is inside your computer, and the card with the VGA port on it will be inserted in that slot, provided you're not using onboard video or a PCI video card. If you are using onboard or PCI video, then the AGP slot will be the empty slot closest to the processor (your system can have more than one PCI slot but only one AGP). It's usually brown and closer to the back of the case than any other slots, although many retail boards will have a wide range of color combinations. It might also have a green plastic retention clip around it for locking in a card.
There are half-height AGP cards out there, but none with 256MB video RAM will work with a 175 watt power supply. Most bus-powered (powered through the slot) AGP cards will need at least a 350 watt power supply or the system won't power up. You would need to upgrade your power supply first, and the problem with a low-profile case is that you'll spend a lot more on a power supply because you have a non-standard size. Compaq usually complicates things further by going with power supplies you can't find anywhere else. Unfortunately that means you might not be able to upgrade without spending more than you'd like.
[edit]
Okay, that's onboard video. The AGP slot is probably behind that vertical metal plate almost in the middle. You'll need to open the case to remove that plate and install an AGP video card. But it looks like your power supply (the large vented panel to the right of that plate) is not standard. I have no idea what kind of prices you'd be looking at to replace it, but I can almost guarantee you they'll be much higher than a standard power supply with the same wattage.
Compaq may offer power supply upgrades, but you might be better off replacing the whole system rather than trying to string this proprietary nightmare along. It just won't be worth the extra time or money.
