cause i just bought gta 4 fall out 3 and gears of war and i wanna make sure itll play decent

It's the best AGP 8X GPU out there at the moment. Unless you're willing to upgrade your motherboard this is the best choice for you.
You'll probably have to set the in-game graphics to medium but the games will be playable.
