What is the best graphics card on the market for movie making?
I like to make youtube videos, but my computer lags a lot when rendering etc. I really badly need a graphics card for my computer, what is the best for that kind of thing?
I already have a very good CPU (AMD Turion X2 with around 2.4GHz) however I have only 1gb of ram and no graphics card. Thats where my major problem lies. When I run a rendering my CPU only runs at 50% power, yet memory usage is at full usage.
I've run it to the ground and it has done way more than I could ever use it on, my friend brought over a game with a 3.2GHz processor requirement, Farcry 2 or something...i dont remember, but it worked fine on my PC with only occasional lag, and running at 70% CPU usage. Sounds very good to me.
no, its the CPU power. just for making video, you dont really need a powerful video card. a cheap nvidia 8600 or 9600 can do the job
