Does a graphics card usually contain a DVI to VGA converter?
I was wondering whether most new graphics cards come shipped with one, because a friend told me they do?
When you buy a retail video card (in a box with software and cables) with a DVI connector most of the time it comes with a DVI to VGA adapter. I haven't had a retail box that came without one yet... but I have not seen the contents of everyones box either 
You are most likely to get the adapter though
