I would like to know if and ATI Radeon X1300 Pro / 256MB GDDR2 / AGP 8x / DVI / VGA / TV Out / Video Card would work with and Inspiron 531s - AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10GHz processor, 1Gb of ram, and Windows Vista 32bit operating system? Nope! The 531 has the Nvidia chipset that supports PCIe graphics, NOT AGP. So get a PCIe card. Some options:
Cheap= Geforce 8400GS, 8500GT, ATI HD2600 Pro
Better= Geforce 9500GT, ATI HD4670
